Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program is a fitness assessment. This is done free of charge before any commitments are made. We will go over and observe some basic movement patterns to assess where to begin a fitness program.  Measurements with also be taken for further tracking.  Without an effective fitness assessment, change cannot be accurately measured. 

Strength Training
Guiding you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance is key.  The workouts don't get repetitive or boring.  We will combine resistance training, body weight functional movements, cardio elements, and corrective exercises to give you optimum results.

Nutrition Counseling

Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating.  Provide you with a food log and education on calorie intake and macro nutrient ratios.  Determine what supplements can help you attain optimum fitness.  And guide you through the process to get you to your goals.

 Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program.  This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments.  We will maintain a file with your programs so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
